About Me
I’m a Pacific Northwest native and proud to call Bellingham home, where I live with my husband and two sons. Outside of work, you’ll find us hiking, traveling, or mountain biking as we work toward visiting all 63 U.S. National Parks.
With nearly two decades of experience in financial services and operations, I specialize in bringing clarity to complexity. I started my career in branch banking and grew into operational leadership roles focused on project delivery, process improvement, and procedural design.
I am passionate about building systems that actually work, simple, effective, and sustainable.
In 2024, I earned my PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, followed by my Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) credential, strengthening my ability to guide teams through structured, adaptable change.
After a purposeful career pause to invest in family and refine my long-term vision, I founded Insight Consulting Solutions, built on the belief that thoughtful processes and strong execution drive successful organizations.
